Chairman of the Constituent Assembly Subas Chandra Nembang said today that the new constitution could be framed on time if parties remained united.

Presenting this year’s Sahitya Sanghya Prize to Janagayak Ram Krishna Duwal at a function, the CA chairman said those people who expressed doubt over the conduct of CA elections and the abolition of monarchy had been amazed. He said efforts had been initiated to formulate a regulation for drafting the new constitution. He also released Pratinidhi Nepali Hasyaby-angya Nibandha penned by Narnath Luintel.
