Nepali food and culture to land in international arena
KATHMANDU: Sneha Travel Media, with the purpose of tourism promotion, is set to popularise Nepali food and culture at national and international levels.
With the onset of the New Year 2018, the Media has intensified its plan for the programme to reach out nationally and internationally to 70 countries of the world, in collaboration with Nepal Tourism Board and Non Resident Nepali Association.
Programme Coordinator Suresh Chandra Basnet said they have initiated the campaign to popularise Nepali culture and food - from the mountains to the tarai and from east to west of the country - in the international arena.
"We are launching this campaign in Itahari, Sauraha, Janakpur, Pokhara, and Nepalgunj within the country and in 70 different countries of the world including Turkey, Australia, United States and United Kingdom," Basnet shared.
The campaign is expected to increase influx of tourists to Nepal, the organizer said.
