The Apex Court rejects Dahal's petition to review its decision on the nullification of unification between the two communist parties.

The Supreme Court has rejected the review petition registered by Chairperson of CPN (Maoist Centre) Pushpa Kamal Dahal to review its decision that had nullified the unification between CPN-UML and Maoist Centre. The two parties, post the decision, had reverted to their single status.

A division bench comprising Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana and justices Prakash Dhungana and Tej Bhahadur KC had made a decision to this effect. CJ Rana had earlier today alloted Dahal's petition to his bench.
