KATHMANDU: Ouftits worth Rs 256,000 were stolen from a garment shop at Chyamasing of Bhaktapur on Monday night, police said.

Unknown thieves barged into the shop owned by Ek Bahadur Shivabhakti, a permament resident of Kavre district, and decamped with 130 pair of jeans pants and other t-shirts.

Taking advantage of the dead of the night, the thieves broke the padlocks to enter the closed store for the heist.
