PM Oli calls agitating 33 parties for talks

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Monday sent an invitation to the agitating 33-party alliance them for talks.

According to PM's press advisor Pramod Dahal, the agitating alliance, which has been staging protests against the Constitution, has been called to join the talks on June 23 at the Prime Minister's Office.

Meanwhile, the Chure Bhawar Rastriya Ekata Party has welcomed the PM's invitation for talks.

The party has sent response to the PM expressing readiness to join the negotiation table, according to Dahal.

The party said it welcomed the government's efforts and formed a seven-member committee under the chairmanship of Badri Prasad Neupane for the talks.
