KATHMANDU: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav inquired about the health of Nepali Congress (NC) president Girija Prasad Koirala during a courtesy visit to the latter's residence Maharajgunj on Monday.

It is reported that the meet lasted for about 20 minutes. It is also said that they discussed about the ongoing political situation and the peace process.

Koirala who had been sick since the last few months had earlier visited Singapore for his treatment.
