KATHMANDU: The Central Child Welfare Board on Sunday formed a probe panel to probe the alleged sexual abuse against students of the Budanilkantha School after the members of the school board, its management and accused scout teacher Badri Gautam failed to attend the CCWB office for interrogation. The investigation team comprises Kiran Bajracharya, DSP and chief of Women’s Cell at Police Headquarters, chief legal officers and monitoring officers of CCWB.
