Property, cash stolen from a hotel in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: An unidentified group of thieves stole property belonging to a British national  from his hotel room in Jyatha of KMC-27 on Thursday night.

The British national identified as a 56-year-old Mohalled Kamal Saspaha was sleeping in his room 304 at Bills International Hotel when the incident happened.

A mobile phone, a camera and its lens, a pair of binoculars, an iPad, and 1,500 Qatari bank notes  are reported to have been stolen from the hotel operated by Bishnu Paudel (28) of Madhyabindu- 15 in Nawalparasi district, currently living in Mhepi, Kathmandu.

Meanwhile, police are  looking into the case.
