KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 126,000 was stolen from a rented room at Akasedhara, in Kapan of Budhanilkantha Municipality-12 on Monday.

According to a complaint lodged with police, unidentified thieves barged into the room of Trilok Mani Lama after breaking the bolt of the main door and made off with Rs 10,000 in cash and various gold ornaments.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
