Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the Public Service Commission (PSC) continues to uphold strong public trust through its impartial and competent recruitment practices.
Speaking at a programme marking the PSC's Diamond Jubilee, PM Oli praised the Commission's role in selecting human resources for the civil service, security agencies, and public institutions with fairness and merit.
He commended the PSC's efforts to modernise its examination system and make it more technology-friendly. "The Commission must be further strengthened and its recommendations effectively implemented," he said, adding that the government is committed to supporting the PSC as needed. PM Oli also expressed confidence in the PSC's continued role in inspiring the youth to serve the nation through integrity and dedication.
President Ram Chandra Paudel attended the event as the chief guest.
