KATHMANDU, MAY 11The Supreme Court on Monday issued an interim order to halt the implementation of a decision to dissolve student organisations at universities.A single bench of Justice Shreekanta Paudel issued the order, directing authorities not to enforce the decision immediately. The court has scheduled a hearing on the case for May 18.The apex court has also instructed the Office of the Attorney General to submit a written response along with a copy of the writ petition within 15 days of receiving the notice, excluding travel time.The writ petition was filed by leaders of various student bodies naming the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers as the defendant.
