Kathmandu, March 10:

Two days after his attendance before the Supreme Court, a division bench of Justices Min Bahadur Rayamajhi and Sharda Pundit today allowed Local Development Minister Tanka Dhakal not to compulsorily attend in the contempt of court case against him.

The Minister had filed a petition before the court seeking its permission not to attend the court compulsorily to face the proceedings. Submitting a written explanation in the case, he claimed that he had always respected the apex court order
