KATHMANDU: A three-week joint training for instructor, collapsed structure search and rescue instructor workshop, and medical first responder instructor workshop concluded in Samakhushi-based Disaster Management Division of Nepal Police on Sunday.

Speaking at the programme, AIFG Kedar Prasad Saud said the training would be helpful for security agencies in carrying out search, rescue and relief operations effectively.

As many as 51 persons from the Nepali Army, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force, participated in the training conducted by Nepal Police in association with Nepal Society for Earthquake Technology.
