KATHMANDU: Two persons have been arrested in possession of various controlled pharmaceutical drugs from Harisiddhi of Lalitpur district on Tuesday.

The suspects have been identified as Karan Khadgi (31) of Maharajganj, Kathmandu and Raj Kumar Shrestha (29) of Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur.

A team of police deployed from the Lalitpur Metropolitan Police Range had arrested them during a security check.

Police have also impounded a motorcycle (Ba 61 Pa 6131) they were riding on.
