Two theft cases reported from Bhaktapur

KATHMANDU: Police on Friday reported two cases of theft in Bhaktapur district on Thursday.

Two digital cameras and four tola gold ornaments were stolen from the house of Ghanashyam Deuja in Jorpati, Suryabinayak-10 of Bhaktapur yesterday, police said.

The total loss in the case was estimated to be worth Rs 241,000.

In another case, property worth Rs 153,000 including Rs 150,000 cash and a three-tola silver bracelet was stolen from the house of Dinesh Kusma near the District Land Revenue Office in Bhaktapur Municipality-4 yesterday, police said.

While looking for the suspects, police are investigating into both the cases.
