KATHMANDU: The Youth Association Nepal on Wednesday held a demonstration in front of the Nepal Oil Corporation in Babarmahal against black-marketing of petroleum products.

Participants carrying placards saying ‘end black-marketing’, ‘end corruption in bureaucracy’, ‘release details of petroleum products’, among others, shouted slogans demanding that the government ease fuel supplies without further delay.

YAN Chairman Rajeev Pahadi accused the authorities of turning a blind eye to irregularities seen in the distribution of fuel.
