An open sewage system without any signal for caution awaits unpleasant incident along Tripureshwor--Kalimati road section, in Kathmandu valley, on Monday, February 18, 2019. Due to sheer negligence from the concerned department, the project is yet to install a cap on the system. The hole is filled with tyre, bricks, sacks and other items.
