KATHMANDU, MAY 16:
At least 15 people were injured when a passenger bus collided with a road divider at Ratnanagar Municipality-10 along the East-West Highway this morning.
According to police, the bus (Province 1-02-001 9162) was en route to Kathmandu from Lahan when the accident occurred. The vehicle was carrying 39 passengers at the time.
The injured are receiving treatment at Old Medical College and Bakulahar Hospital in Chitwan.
Meanwhile, police have taken the bus driver into custody and impounded the vehicle for further investigation.
