CHITWAN: At least 19 persons were injured when a bus belonging to the Kantipur Engineering College met with an accident at Dare Chok in Muglin on Thursday.

According to the Area Police Office, Muglin, 18 students and the driver were injured when the bus (Ba 1 Pa 895) heading towards Pokhara from Kathmandu veered off the road and fell some 50 metres down the road.

Police said that the injured have been sent to various hospitals in Bharatpur for treatment.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
