295 Nepal bandh enforcers detained from across nation
KATHMANDU: Police on Sunday arrested as many as 295 persons from various parts of the nation after they allegedly tried to obstruct the public movement while imposing the Nepal bandh.
The Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN Maoist had called the nationwide strike today.
Of the arrestees, 236 including 23 women and 213 men were held from Kathmandu.
