More than 49 kilometres of road has been blacktopped in Ramechhap with the help of Bagmati Provincial Government.
The provincial government had started construction of six roads three years ago in the district. Chief at Infrastructure Development Office, Ramechhap, Som Prasad Timalsina said that the estimated cost of the road construction was Rs 1,000,000,000. Twenty-six-km road section of Manthali-Sitkha road, 7-km of Manthali-Raltar road, 12-km of Manthali-Namadi road and 4-km of Sunapati road have been blacktopped so far.
Timilsina said that around 95 blacktopping works had been completed.
