GULMI: An absconding 70-year-old man has been arrested and put behind the bars in Gulmi district.

Acting on a tip-off, police here nabbed Dhan Bahadur Sunar of Resunga Municipality-14 in the district.

Sunar was slapped with a 10-year jail term and a fine of Rs 50,000 by the Gulmi District Court six months ago for human trafficking, informed the Gulmi District Police Office.

He was on the run ever since.
