RAMECHHAP, MARCH 7
A person died after a tractor met with an accident at Bhatauli of Manthali Municipality in Ramechhap on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as tractor driver Saroj Majhi of the municipality.
Police said the driver's helper was injured in the accident and he is receiving treatment in Manthali Hospital. Police said the tractor heading towards Bhatauli from Manthali fell 100 metres below the road into the Tamakoshi River.
Police said that Majhi went missing after the accident and was found dead he same evening.
Further investigation into the accident is under way, said police.
