KATHMANDU: More than 75 per cent of the preparatory works for the 13th National General Convention (NGC) Nepali Congress has already been completed.

The NGC will be inaugurated on Thursday noon.

According to Bhimsen Das Pradhan, who is looking after preparations for the convention, more than 75 per cent work for preparations have been completed with the Khulla Manch ground getting ready and the stage and sound system being installed.
