BAITADI: A head teacher of a school has been arrested on the charge of raping a woman from Salena VDC in Baitadi district.

Head teacher of the Sudarshan Secondary School in Likhoda, Ram Bahadur Chand (52) of Salena VDC-2 was arrested following a complaint of rape by the relatives of the survivor, Sub-inspector at the District Police Office, Dharmananda Bhatta, said.

The incident reportedly took place at the woman's home on January 26.

The arrest was made today.
