A renowned Canadian trader has successfully scaled Mt Everest this morning, expedition organizer said.
According to Dr Nima Namgyal Sherpa, managing Director Kaitu Expedition, the founder of the Bear Bull Traders Andrew Aziz from Canada reached the summit point at around 5:30 am.
Andrew is a Canadian trader, investor, and official Forbes Council member. He has ranked as one of the top 100 best-selling authors in "Business and Finance" for seven consecutive years from 2016 to 2023. Andrew is currently on a mission to climb the highest volcano on each of the 7 continents.
Similarly, at least 10 Chinese climbers and 11 Sherpa members from Kaitu Expedition stood atop Mt Everest on May 18. "Among them, Liu QunYing summited Everest in 13 days after arrival in Nepal. She arrived in Kathmandu on May 15," Sherpa said, adding that Kaitu Expedition is the largest Chinese operator this season with 23 clients in a single team.
Shi Lei, Song Xuehua, Jin Xiangyang, Zhu Wei Young, Xie Xuemei, Zang Bao Long, Cai Yin, Xing Zhe Kui, Cao Xin and Liu QunYing along with Mingma Chhiri Sherpa, Ang Pemba Sherpa, Lakpa Chhiri Sherpa, Pema Sherpa, Iman Gurung, Ngawang Rapke Sherpa, Sonam Tamang, Ram Bahadur Gurung, Lakpa Temba Sherpa, Ang Kami Sherpa and Raj Kumar Magar scaled Everest on May 18."
