The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) is preparing working guidelines for the government ministries and offices to ensure prompt services to the people and reduce corruption.

"We are preparing the draft," a commissioner of the anti-corruption constitutional body, Beda Prasad Siwakoti told The Himalayan Times.

According to him, the draft would be ready very soon. "We are consulting the government secretaries and other experts whose suggestions would be discussed and included in the draft.
