CM Bhatta directs law enforcement agencies to stay alert
DHANGHADI: Province 7 Chief Minister Trilochan Bhatta has directed the law enforcement agencies to remain alert to cope with rising security challenges in the province.
CM Bhatta on Thursday met with chiefs of security bodies to take stock of present security situation.
During a meeting held at the Office of Council of Ministers and Chief Minister, CM Bhatta asked the agencies to stay alert and maintain good governance and peace citing that security of general public is a major responsibility of the provincial government.
Federal Province Police Office AIG Madhav Nepal, Chief District Officer of Kailali, Govinda Prasad Rijal, Head of Armed Police Force Border Security Unit Shyam Koirala and Chief of Kailali District Police Office, Binod Ghimire were present at the meeting chaired by Chief Minister Bhatta.
Likewise, the security personnel also briefed the Chief Minister about the present security situation and said that all security agencies were mobilised keeping in mind the delicate security situation.
