Almost a dozen offices located at Dulegaunda VDC-9 are threatened due to the possibility of erosion in Seti River. Campus Chief of Bhanubhakta Campus, Moti Prasad Poudel, said the campus, the Nepal Red Cross Society Sub-branch office, Janakalyan Secondary School, Cooperatives, Area Police Office at Belchautara, Dipendra Police Secondary Boarding School, tree plantation site of the Forest Science Research Centre and land belonging to the Town Development Committee are vulnerable to erosion. Three ropanis of land of the campus has already been eroded.
