Foreign tourist arrivals in Mustang have increased by 10.61 percent in the first 11 months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, according to the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) Area Office in Jomsom.
From January to November 2025, Mustang welcomed 150,130 foreign visitors, an increase of 14,411 compared to last year's total.
In 2024, a total of 135,719 foreign tourists had visited the district - 109,549 from SAARC countries and 26,170 from other nations.
In the first 11 months of 2025, Mustang recorded 123,253 visitors from SAARC nations and 26,877 from other countries, the office said.
According to the ACAP, tourist numbers dipped in August and September due to the Gen Z movement and adverse weather conditions.
