JAJARKOT: A 48-year-old man was buried to death in a sand mound collapse in Bhagawati VDC-2 of Jajarkot district on Friday.

Police said Mohan BK was in the mound to fetch sand for a suspension bridge construction project in his village.

He was injured after the mound buried him and breathed his last while being rushed to the district headquarters for treatment, according to police.
