JANAKPUR: Tension ran high in Janakpur after cadres of the United Democratic Madhesi (UDMF) Front attacked security personnel with a petrol bomb on Thursday.

Police said that the agitators attacked the security personnel at Bhanu Chowk this morning.

No one was injured in the attack, police informed.

Following the incident, security has been beefed up in the area, police said.
