BARA: Kamal Shrestha aka Ramu, a 33 year old resident of Dumarwana Village Development Committee, Bara was abducted on Thursday morning.

At the time of the incident, the victim was asleep in his house. The identity of the abductors is yet to be known.

His parents have appealed to human rights officials and security bodies to ensure his safe release.
