KATHMANDU: A 30-year-old man died after a bomb he was possessing exploded in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-1 in Kailali district on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Chandra Singh aka Sunrise, a permanent resident of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis-12, said police.

Singh was in the Drinking Water Office when suddenly the explosives he was possessing blasted fatally injuring him today.

Singh was rushed to the Seti Zonal Hospital where he breathed his during the course of treatment, informed police.
