Biratnagar, February 3:

Coordinator of the Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum Upendra Yadav has warned that 43 lakh people will gherao Singha Durbar if demands of Madhes were not met ahead of the constituent assembly polls. Yadav said this at a protest rally taken out to mark the two-day Madhes bandh being organised by Sanyukta Madhesi Morcha here today.

He also said that the Madhesi people will not rest unless their rights are guaranteed. He said, “We are ready for confrontation. Forty three cadres have attained martyrdom and 43 lakh people from Madhes are awaiting to gherao Singha Durbar for the sake of their rights.”
