‘NCP-led govt will not last full term’

Dhangadi, November 5

Nepali Congress central member Bir Bahadur Balayar today claimed that the Nepal Communist Party (NCP)-led government would not last full term.

Speaking at a programme organised in Dhangadi, former minister Balayar said people would hit the street against the anti-people activities of the government. He said people’s representatives from the Nepal Communist Party(NCP) had failed to come clean on corruption. “Local levels run by the NCP(NCP) are mired in institutional corruption,” Balayar charged.

Balayar claimed that NCP cadres were involved in the rape and murder of Nirmala Pant of Bhimdatta Municipality, Kanchanpur. “PM KP Sharma Oli’s remark that it might even take 12 years to find out the guilty implies that his cadres were behind the crime,” Balayar added.
