Kathmandu, March 20:

The Nepal Army today condemned any attempt to drag its leadership into controversy

by making baseless comment about the institution.

In a statement issued today, the NA has expressed its commitment to democracy in the country and has made it clear that it would not forge an alliance with or bow in front of any element trying to play with the country’s national integrity and sovereignty, with those raising arms against the democratic system or with those aiming to capture the state power by the

way of terrorism and extremism.

The DPR of the NA has appealed to the people not to believe in such any baseless

comment against the NA and asked everyone to to end immediately the attempts to spread propoganda against the NA.
