MBS paper burnt

ITAHARI: The first year MBS examinees in Janta Multiple Campus burnt their question papers and answer-sheets of the Business Economics paper stating that the questions were asked out from the course on Sunday. The campus administration informed that the students had boycotted the exam and burnt the question papers.The students also announced that they would not attend other exams until the mistake was corrected. A large group of students barged into the campus office and seized the question papers and answer sheets before burning them, campus chief Narad Upreti said. — HNS

School sans furniture

Rautahat: Students of Ban Devi Primary School at Bholantar in Chandranigahpur-3 of Rautahat are forced to attend their classes in open for want of furniture and other physical facilities. Teachers are conducting classes in the school’s playground as there are no furniture inside. The school was established in the initiation of the locals two years ago. Altogether 150 local children study in the three-room school building. — HNS
