BIRATNAGAR: A motorcyclist died when he met with an accident in Inaruwa Municipality of Sunsari district on Friday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Amaresh Kumbar (23), a permanent resident of Harinagara Rural Municipality-3 in Sunsari district.

According to the Police Office in Biratnagar of Province 1, the accident occurred when the bike (Ko 30 Pa 2993) that Kumbar was riding lost its control and fell on the road in Babiya of Inaruwa Municipality-9.

Kumbar breathed his last while undergoing treatment in Inaruwa Hospital, police informed.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the incident is underway.
