BAJURA:
More than 300 underprivileged, disabled, and Dalit students in Bajura have received warm clothing and educational materials. This assistance was provided to students at Dhudhir Basic School, Bhagwati Secondary School, and Sannikot Basic School, all located in Budhiganga Municipality, recently.
The support was supported by Nepal Rising and coordinated by Badimalika Foundation Nepal. According to Prakash Bahadur Singh, president of Badimalika Foundation Nepal, students received items such as clothing, school bags, notebooks, pens, pencils, and mathematics kits. The distribution was conducted in collaboration with the schools.

A total of 107 students from Dhudhir Basic School, 167 from Bhagwati Secondary School, and 61 from Sannikot Basic School benefited from this aid, which was targeted at students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who are unable to afford uniforms and stationery.
The distribution of clothes and educational materials would greatly support students from low-income, disadvantaged, and disabled families in their studies, according Surendra KC, the headmaster of Bhagwati Secondary School. He pointed out that some students had been attending school without any stationery, and the absence of warm clothing during the cold season was also a concern. "This assistance has been a great help," he said.
Prakash Nath, headmaster of Sannikot Basic School, mentioned that most students in government schools come from poor and Dalit families, making this assistance particularly beneficial.
The Badimalika Foundation Nepal, in coordination with Nepal Rising, has been providing assistance in Bajura for a long time, including support to earthquake-affected and underprivileged communities.
