DHUNCHE: Vehicular movement along the Pasang Lhamu Highway has been obstructed since Tuesday night after an out-of-order container truck, parked at Ramche road section along the Highway, caused a disturbance.

Security personnel deployed from the District Police Office, Rasuwa and Kalikathan Police Post in the district have been effortful to remove the obstacle and resume the vehicular movement along the Highway.

Meanwhile, the containers trucks laden with freights will ferry to and from Kyirong check point along Nepal-China border at night only.

The new system has been put in place to ensure smooth traffic flow along the Highway since the road maintenance work is underway in the road stretching from Miteri Pul in Rasuwagadhi to Kyirong in the Chinese territory, according to Chief of Rasuwa Customs Office Kedar Paneru.
