Kathmandu:

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the SC seeking its order to authorities to provide free education up to the secondary level.

The petitioner, ANNISU-R president Lekhnath Neupane, demanded an immediate order from the court, directing authorities not to collect fees from students.
