PM condoles Japan quake victims

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli expressed deep condolences over the death of people in the devastating earthquakes of April 14 and 16 in Kyushu Island and Kumamoto of Japan, respectively.

“I recall the valuable support and cooperation received from the Government and people of Japan in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake last year and I would like to assure, your excellency, that the Nepali people are with the people of Japan in this hour of grief and pain in solidarity of sympathy and support,” Oli wrote to his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe on Sunday.
