Poll fever grips Ward No 2 of Adarsha Rural Municipality

As the by-election slated for November 30 draws close, election fever has gripped Doti’s Adarsha Rural Municipality-2.
Political party leaders and their candidates have launched a door-to-door campaign canvassing votes.
Nepali Congress central member Bir Bahadur Balayar is busy soliciting votes at Ward No 2 for the past one week.
Likewise, Nepal Communist Party province, district and central level leaders are busy canvassing votes for their candidate.
Nepali Congress Sudurpaschim Province opposition party Chief Dr Rana Bahadur Rawal said he had got back from the ward. He expressed confidence people would vote for the NC as they were fed up with the present government.
The seat for the chair at the ward fell vacant after then chair Prem Bahadur Bohora was killed in a jeep accident.
NC’s Mahadev Saud, NCP’s Ram Bahadur Bohora, Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s Kashiram Ojha and independent Bhumisingh Khadka have filed their candidacies for the post of ward chair.
