KATHMANDU: Actors Priyanka Karki and Ayushman Desraj Shrestha Joshi have been appointed members of Clean Environment Mega Campaign.

The pair was appointed through a ministerial-level meeting recently. The Ministry of Forests and Environment on February 19 took a decision to this effect.

The two who had recently registered Aayanka Foundation few weeks ago said they were very happy to get official responsibilities from the government to contribute to the campaign.

They also informed that their foundation would contribute for social welfare causes.
