Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today instructed the heads of security agencies to seriously investigate the incident that occurred in Gongabu on Monday afternoon.
The prime minister instructed to investigate the incident thoroughly and take action so that all those who have been wronged get justice.
The prime minister said, "I have taken the incident that happened in Gongabu on Monday seriously.
When there are incidents of this nature in the capital itself, the state should take the incident seriously.
What is the background of the incident, what caused such an unpleasant incident, who is to blame for it, investigate everything thoroughly.
The incident of robbery is more serious, punish the culprits and create an environment so that victims to get justice as soon as possible."
In the discussion, the heads of Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and National Investigation Department said that although there was some dispute in the bus park area, they did not foresee such an unpleasant incident to happen. In the discussion, they briefed that 33 policemen were injured, peace and security could not be predicted, there was no human casualty due to the police's precautions and the preliminary investigation showed that the bandit group took advantage of the dispute. During the discussion, they also informed that a committee has been formed under the leadership of SSP of Nepal Police to investigate the incident.
The prime minister's chief political adviser, chief secretary of the government, home secretary, secretary of peace and security from the Prime Minister's Office and heads of security were present in the discussion.
