KATHMANDU, AUGUST 1
The newly appointed chiefs of three provinces took the oath of office and secrecy before President Ramchandra Paudel today.
Deepak Prasad Devkota, Chief of Bagmati Province; Krishna Bahadur Ghartimagar, Chief of Lumbini Province; and Yagya Raj Joshi, Chief of Karnali Province, were sworn in at a special ceremony held at the Office of the President in Sheetal Niwas.
The Vice President, Prime Minister, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Chairperson of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister, Ministers, and other distinguished personalities were present on the occasion.
