KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 29
Continuous rainfall has triggered floods and landslides, blocking major highways at six points across Sankhuwasabha, Sindhupalchowk, and Rasuwa districts, Nepal Police reported.
According to police, the Koshi Highway is fully obstructed at Bhotekhola-4 and Makalu-3 in Sankhuwasabha.
The Pasang Lhamu route is closed at Gosainkunda-2 in Rasuwa, while the Araniko Highway is blocked at Sunkoshi-7 and Bhotekoshi in Sindhupalchowk.
Authorities are working to clear debris and restore vehicular movement.
