RAUTAHAT: A two-day bandh called by the Tarai Army affected the normal life in Rautahat on Tuesday.

No vehicles plied on Gaur-Chandranigahpur road section of the Birendra Highway. The bandh was called demanding declaration of One Madhes One Pradesh and ensuring the rights of self-determination in the new constitution, Tarai Army central chairman, Mister John said over the phone.
