Nepali Congress leader Shekhar Koirala hospitalised
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Shekhar Koirala has been admitted to the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital after he was taken ill on Monday.
Koirala's aide Dinesh Chandra Thapaliya said that Koirala was admitted to the hospital after he suffered from diarrhoea and weakness on Sunday.
Nepali Congress leaders including Ram Chandra Paudel, General Secretary Shashanka Koirala, Sujata Koirala and Bal Bahadur KC visited Koirala in the hospital and inquired about his health.
A team led by Dr Madhu Ghimire is involved in Koirala's treatment.
